BKT Tires is a leading manufacturer in the off-highway tire market. Specializing in the manufacture of tires for agricultural, industrial and OTR vehicles. Prior to working with us, BKT was already a well-established brand with a good reputation built on the quality of the tires they design and sell worldwide. 

Their goal when approaching Social Chameleon was centred on achieving more traffic and improving the quality of engagement they were receiving from their fans. We set out to help them reach their full potential in positively influencing brand perception and reaching target audiences. Despite being one of the largest manufacturers in the off-highway tire market and having been engaged on social media for several years, their accounts had begun to plateau which created an opportunity for us to kickstart their accounts with a fresh take on content.

BKT also wished to enhance its profile as an industry leader by sharing its expertise and connections with thought leaders across their prior mentioned segments. This has enabled them to create an array of educational content, which we have had great pride in supporting them with.

The Solution

As a Digital Marketing Agency in London, we know the everyday pressure exerted by city life and tight deadlines.
We endeavour to make our digital marketing agency feel less like an agency and more like an extension of your in-house team.

Our initial step was to take a full social platform audit using our reporting tool to pull data on both the client’s accounts, as well as their core competitors. We established their best performing content and used this to develop recurring themes which included female empowerment, before-and-after results and industry insights. We then used listening tools to track hashtags associated with these themes, so that we could track trending articles within these topics.

We then used this to create new content for the client which we published daily. We supplemented this by increasing their outgoing engagement and through organising

LIVE sessions with other high-profile accounts in their industry – tapping into the audiences of other key influencers and organisations.

To improve conversions, we adapted their social bios and pinned content to navigate users towards their website. We also used their CRM to create embedded enquiry forms which we added to their social platforms so that users could navigate directly to an enquiry form from their Instagram and Facebook profiles.

Alongside the above stats, we were also able to execute a geographically targeted campaign, which resulted in their audience being predominantly made of followers within the five localities that the business was operating – increasing their likelihood of attracting and converting prospective customers.

After presenting results at their annual strategy meeting, we were asked to extend our services beyond social media management. We now work closely with their web development team and copywriters to coordinate all of their digital marketing activities.

Impressed by our knowledge and guidance with SEO, and frustrated by the lack of results from their previous SEO agency, we have now also taken over the management of their SEO. This includes SEO strategy and the management and optimisation of content to boost the quantity and quality of traffic on their website.
